The Booknesses Conference and Project was hosted by the Department of Visual Art (DoVA), Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (FADA) at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), South Africa, and ran from 21 to 26 March 2017.

David Paton asked Logos Flow to present a paper at the confence and give a background to the overall approach to documenting and digitising artists' books. The presentation `Digitising and documenting the Jack Ginsberg & David Paton book arts projects` was presented 24 March 2017.
