Product pricing

We believe software pricing should be affordable and flexible: there is a once-off setup fee and a monthly rental (for the software and Internet hosting).

The pricing structure:

• Once-off setup fee (you receive a username, password and instructions)
• Monthly rental

• Once-off setup = R 500.00
• Monthly rental = R 50.00
• Upgrades free *
• Telephone, Internet and email support free

Notes

• The Set-up fee above is an approximate amount as it depends on the amount of customisation is required.
• All on-line products are developed in ASP (Active Server Pages), ASP.Net and PHP. Please note: the above fee structure excludes hosting.
• Non-profit organisations such as NGOs, museums, etc. receive discounts.
• Prices are subject to change and can be done so without prior consultation.
• Museum collection online products are developed in ASP (Active Server Pages), ASP.Net and PHP.
• * Our products are upgraded according to demand and our scheduling. If a client requires customisation or an immediate upgrade, we accommodate this and charge for the time involved. Logos Flow also charges a small fee if comprehensive changes need to be done to a website, online content management system, or structural changes to the database(s). These are at an hourly rate and will be confirmed prior to the upgrade taking place.
