Option 1

This option is ideal for managing and recording contact details using the ContactMD™ and allowing access to view or edit this inforamtion via your Intranet using a web browser. You can manage Activities and Events via the ContactMD™ only (i.e. does not allow for off-site registration).

• ContactMD™: installed for primary information management.
• Intranet with 2 levels of access via username and password:
  • User: which allows for staff to find and view limited information
  • Admin: which allows for various staff to find, add and edit limited information.

Option 2

This option is ideal for managing and recording contact details using the ContactMD™ and allowing access to view or edit this inforamtion via your Intranet using a web browser (same as above). However, you can also manage Activities and Events via the ContactMD™ and various off-site registration - via your website or Intranet.

• ContactMD™: installed for primary information management.
• Intranet with 2 levels of access via (username and password) and implement activities / events management and gathering visitor information:
  • User: which allows for staff to find and view limited information.
  • Admin: which allows for various staff to find, add and edit limited information on activities / events at Iziko, to register those attending. Includes gathering visitor information.
• Website access which has 2 levels of access:
  • This will need to be stored on a website if you IT infrastructure does not allow its network to be accessed remotely.
    • Public: basic login access for contacts invited to activities/ events, etc. Via an online form the person would be able to confirm if they are attending an activity, dietary requirements, etc.
    • Admin: Events Management staff can monitor activities directly via the website.
• ContactMD Activity (Off-Site):
  • This product will contain basic information about contacts and activities, and will function on a single computer or network (LAN), i.e. used at an off-site venue.
