Included in the latest version are a loads of changes with new features and functionality. Here are some the main additions and changes:

• Collections: this is a completely new feature to record any number of Collections and assign up to 6 levels of Headings. A unique aspect is the ability to assign Collections and associated Headings to an Item. For example: you can record details of a letter by someone and assign it to a Collection and various subject Headings.
  
• Quick Capture Wizard: if you are a new user, let this Wizard guide you through adding information to the ResourceMD. If you are an experienced user it will assist you in capturing information very quickly.
  
• Movement: this feature is for tracking the temporary location of Items and now has improved functionality. Making it easier for you to record and manage the movement of books, magazines, journals . . . in fact any Item.
  
• Quick Search and Filter: enter a word, or words, and instantly find Items, Producers, Management, Quotations, Tributes, Chronology, Film, Bibliography and Notes.
  
• Integrity checks: useful feature to see the last ID you edited or added.
  
• Security: new addition to control access to Management and Storage information. Useful in a networked environment.
  
• Themes and Categories: managed centrally and available throughtout the ResourceMD.
  
• Thesaurus: upgrade to improve jumping between terms to use, not use and related terms.
  
• Print and Export Options: interface improved.
  
• Speed up networking: enabling or disabling various options to speed up networking.
  
• Chronology: ability to add multiple Producers so you can record and associated any number of chronoligical events to someone. Dramatically enhancing biographical data that can be captured.
  
• Producers: one click to see all related Items, Articles, Quotations, Tributes, Chronologies, Films and Bibliographies.
  

Important: this version is only available for Misrocoft® Office 2007 and 2010. Please note: you do not require Misrocoft® Access as Logos Flow can supply the Runtime version.
