New feature to record evaluations over a period of time:

In previous version you can record First and Last evaluations and add any Notes about fluctuations in evaluations. Now you can record details of evaluations over a period of time:

• Evaluation amount
  
• Date evaluation was done
  
• Who did the evaluation
  
• Notes on each evaluation
  

Any number of evaluations can be added.
