This option is mainly used to compact a database (the frequency depends on the amount of deletions, editing, etc.). It is also used in the unlikely event of the database becoming corrupt. You can enter the drive (i.e. C:) and path (i.e. \DataFlow\) to the data files, enter details if they differ from the default displayed. When you are ready, click the Compact button.
