Downloading an setup file (.exe)

Using either Microsoft Internet Explorer / Edge or Google Chrome

When downloading an .exe file you will often get a security warning and your anti-virus package will probably want to scan the file. These checks are really important as you do not want to download anything that will harm your computer. Logos Flow creates their own setup files and makes sure there are no harmful virus included.

Using either Microsoft Internet Explorer / Edge

Click the link provided (usually in an email message) - alternatively, copy paste the link into the address bar on Explorer / Edge.

You will probably be asked if you would like to download a potentially dangerous file - suggest you choose the 'Save as' option and save the file to a folder on your computer. Note the folder so you can find it once the download is complete and then run the file (double-click will open the file and start the installation).

Google Chrome

Click the link provide (usually in an email message) - alternatively, copy paste the link into the address bar on Google Chrome.

You will probably be asked if you would like to download a potentially dangerous file - agree to the download. On the bottom left Chrome will show a message (see image). If you click the arrow down, you will get the 'Show in folder' option. Use this option to open the folder where the download is now stored.
