In Windows Mail / Outlook Express

On the menu go to: Tools > Accounts > Add > Email Account
Follow the simple Wizard and enter the account details provided to you.
Note: Window Mail has replaced Outlook Express (during 2007)

In Microsoft Outlook

On the menu go to: Tools > Account Settings > Email > New
Follow the simple Wizard and enter the account details provided to you.
